Did you ever see the video about that kid Caine who built a whole arcade out of cardboard? We believe you can create magic with just some cardboard, doodads and tape. Young Rembrants Summer Camp at Stoneridge
Learning to draw can be fun, especially when we create silly characters, funny expressions and drawing sequences that tell a joke! This delightful program combines Young Rembrandts’ innovative, step-by-step drawing method with light-hearted subject matter that engages children, their sense of humor, and their vivid imaginations. 6/26/2017 - 6/30/2017, ages 5-12 welcome.
Young Rembrant Summer Camps

Summer Writing Camp at Stoneridge for students entering grades 4, 5 or 6
Young Writers' Camp is specifically designed for students who LOVE to write, and it provides a friendly and supportive setting for writing. Camps are not intended for remediation.  Please see this link for more details. June 19-23.

Open House
A reminder we have Open House from 6pm-7pm next week.  It is a minimum day so all students K-5 are out at 1:52.

Parent Survey
Every year we do a parent survey.  The survey is conducted to collect information from parents about school effectiveness and parent satisfaction. It will provide us with helpful information about your child's experience at school, what we are doing well, and areas in which we can improve.  The survey will be open for one week and will close on April 28th.  Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback!2017 Parent Survey

Book Fair Family Event
The Spring Book Fair is April 25 - 27.  On Tuesday, April 25th will be our Family Event!  Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, or someone special in your child's life are invited to bring a lunch and eat together and then shop at the Book Fair!  Click here for more information on our 'Grand' Event or here for Book Fair hours.

STAR Nova After School Class
Stop Motion Animation
Do you like to create and tell stories? Do you like using new technology? In this class, you will be able to create your own stories through the technology of Stop Motion Animation. You will get to brainstorm story ideas, create a backdrop, and use a state-of-the-art app to bring your stories to life through the wonder of Stop Motion Animation. At the end of this class, you will be able to showcase your movies in a small Film Festival held in your classroom. Don’t forget to sign up now!

Spring Break 2017 Blog Post

Thank you to everyone who supported our Musical.  Students did an amazing job!  Thank you to Mrs. Nelson, Mrs. Oxenham, Mrs. Boyd, and Mrs. Caines for all their hard work.  One more performance on Friday night 4/7.

Run 4 Roseville
The Run 4 Roseville is Sunday, April 23rd.  There is a 5k, 1 mile and Lil' Ones 100 Meter Dash.  Also Mr. Blom will be competing the the Principal's Dash before the event. Hope to see you there!
