Happy Super Bowl Sunday! Have fun today, well, as much as you can without the 49ers. The good news is, the kids have a bonus day off tomorrow. Hopefully, you will be able to relax tomorrow as well.

Thank you to all of you who came to our Sweetheart Dance! It was so fun. The kids were so excited to dress fancy and hang with their friends. It was awesome! 

If you did not get a ticket, we are sorry. We did not know we had a Taylor Swift type of event on our hands! For future events, remember to make your purchase right away as long as Ticketmaster does not crash. 

Parent Info Night: We are having a Parent Info Night this Wednesday, 2/15, at 6pm, in the library. In addition to calming the fears of new kindergarten parents, the goal of the evening is to share all of the fun things your children will do in future grades at Stoneridge.  For example, we want the 2nd grade parents to get excited about what is to come in 3rd through 5th grade. Darren Brown will also be there to talk about Eich Middle School. We want you to know what is to come at Stoneridge and what to expect in middle school. It will be an informative evening. 

PTC Meeting this Thursday! We would love to see you at our PTC meeting this Thursday at 2:30pm. We will start planning for the Carnival soon, so come and learn how you can help. We have had some amazing events this year and the Carnival is one of the biggest! We look forward to seeing you. 

Science Docents Needed: Do you have an interest in science? Do you like working with kids? We are lucky to be the only school in the district with Science Docents and need a volunteer to keep in going!  We need another science docent for the upcoming school year. Ideally, this person will start working with our science docents now to get oriented. Please email me if you are interested.
